Rhonda has successfully owned and managed her own salon since 2004. She was the Director of Education for a top ten salon in Atlanta for 10+ years before opening Salon LaFaye. She continues her own education as a Creative Forces Member for a top beauty product brand. She blends the perfect hair cut with eye catching hair color topped with a stunning style and finishes with a makeup touch up to make you the most beautiful version of you!

She maintains a clientelle of over 200 satisfied guests that come from Buckhead and all around Georgia, as well as many that fly in from New York, Colorado, Florida, and Chicago. She also has two celebrity clients that she has flawlessly styled for years.

Rhonda's work has been featured in Atlanta Magazine, Jezebel, Points North, as well as trade publications like Celebrity Hairstyles, Short Hairstyles, and international hair books.

She was chosen to be part of a select few within the United States to be an educator for a top beauty product brand. This title allows her to travel to educate other salons on the art of haircolouring. Every other week, Rhonda trains all of the salon's hair dressers on the art of hair colouring and styling. She also continues to teach at some of the top cosmetology schools in the nation.

Amber has been beautifully styling hair at Salon LaFaye since 2006. After successfully completing a 3 year apprenticeship with Rhonda Brown to acquire her hair license, she has grown to become a top stylist at the salon. She traveled to New York and Las Vegas in order continue her education and to stay current with the latest styles. She also continues to attend hair shows multiple times a year to keep her clients as beautiful as ever.

Amber has never met a stranger. She connects with all of her clients immediately and keeps them coming back for style after style. Not only does she develop strong relationships with every client who walks in the door, she is as fast as she is talented. We couldn't ask for more!

*Specialties include beautiful, natural-looking hair color and a flawless blowout. She is a make up artist and is wonderful with children and teenagers.

Caitlin Mitchell, Level 1 Stylist

Caitlin recently graduated from the Paul Mitchell school and has been styling at Salon LaFaye ever since. She is friendly with everyone who walks in the door and has never been seen without a smile on her face.

*Specialties include beautiful up-dos and formal styles, natural-looking hair color, styled blowouts, and neck and head massages for each client. She also does excellent eyebrow and facial waxes. Caitlin also specializes in men's hair cuts with a feather razor shave, finished by a hot towel on the face and neck.

Kerri Clark, Levle 1 Stylist

Kerri has been styling hair since 2009 and is the newest member to the Salon LaFaye family. So be sure to give her a warm welcome the next time you come to visit. Kerri spends quality time on each and every one of her clients so that none of them ever feel rushed or like they are just another number.
